I'm looking for some self-insert fan fiction meaning fan fiction where the protagonist is aware of the world they are in and has metaknowledge. Preferably with a strong likable male protagonist. Nothing too dark, something light and hopeful. Long and still active. It'd be great if it's a long-time?series like With This Ring, Endless Path: Infinite Cosmos, and The Spider. Some romance too if possible. I'm also tired of all the Naruto, One Piece, Harry Potter, Worm, RWBY, Fate/Zero, etc. recs. I've just never watched or read them. I'll recommend A better class of criminal -spacebattles- Mc is part of Batman rouges gallery using libromancy at the start of the story he's already an established villain At least I'm not short- sufficient velocity - Mc wakes up as stilt man a Spider-Man villain tries to go legit. Not many chapters and updates slowly but good writing There was one more but I can't remember it's name the premise was the mc is sent to the marvel universe in I think the 40? Somewhere around there anyways he's given a weak supergenius type power and teleported to the (currently dead) green goblins lair he decides to be a mercenary villain using the goblins old stuff first fixing the goblin formula then repainting the goblin suite black basically he takes the place of the hobgoblin there was a lot written and it was really good it was on sufficient velocity

Thanks for the rec, but I've never watched Bleach. Most of these long run and popular animes and shows I never got to seeing. It makes getting fanfic recs difficult.. Thanks for trying tho. Sorry.

Young Justice SI: Top: With This Ring Good: Assimilation Adorable Murderbeasts Decent: A Subtle Knife Life is But A Game Impetus I would strongly recommend With This Ring. It's been going for so long. The author is just doing fantastic with the frequent updates and quality writing. Spoiler: Note I was confused when I was reading, but MC's bi. He also gets finally GF. Assimilation (love the ship) and Adorable Murderbeasts (name kinda dumb, but the writing is good) are good. Life Is But A Game and A Subtle Knife are decent and have good writing compared to most, though I don't like how the MCs are weak... Note that I rate base on my enjoyment.
