Pls don't. Maybe it's fun to watch but it's very annoying to play. It will give pretty good amount of advantage to mafia because "Only deads can be trusted".

And you tell me how annoying it is. my first time playing this I was up against a godfather, and another that can nullify an ability. And a third that can pierce protection. Never seen detective being so useless before.

Sometimes life doesn't go as planned, make it so that "supports" can purchase/place "wards" that can identify "power roles" for their "team" if the individual enters within a certain "proximity"

 

I dont think that can be implemented...

 

Can't something like:
Placed ward at xx house,
someone went to xx's house,
someone went to xx's house,
Riki went to xx's house,
someone went to xx's house,

 

Yep, It's more painful a useless detective than a first night dead detective...

Don't reveal roles after death mean you can never trust a detective cause there are no ways to prove he tell the truth. And the mafia faction can trick innocents. But if they want that...

No, I mean revealing what are the power roles at the start of the game. Death reveal works as usual, you just dont know what extra heroes the radiant/dire have.

 

I think she will announce them upon death... Just not what roles are available in the game...

Would be weird to not have them announced upon death IMO...

We already have scouting roles.

 

As long you know how balance the roles it's fine then. I was scared about not reveal after death.

Treant can work as lookout.

Oh, definitely not balanced. The extra roles are randomly selected from a list after all - could've end up with multiple killer roles.

Any faction have max one killing roles (mafia change the owner of killing ability after the previous die and serial killer-like is one-man faction), you can get max two after you think there too many players. Have the same amount of roleblocker and intel roles (feel free to ask me if a role is intel or roleblocker). Feel free about neutral faction.
