Hello!! I don’t remember anything since I read this more than a year ago and I have a sudden interest in such novels now. It’s obviously Chinese, has a male MC and is Wuxia or Xuanhuan genre I believe. No romance was found up to where I read. What I remember are the following: MC gets stronger by his comprehension of his sword dao or qi It’s just him travelling around and getting stronger most of the time (there might be a time where he was together with his clan or school, not 100% sure (I might be getting confused with other novels)) There was a moment where he found some sword remnants in a mountain when he was travelling via ship (not 100% sure) There was a fighting competition at some point and he was considered a dark horse He went to a different continent/country and was being chased by others (I’m not sure why) I’m very sorry I can’t give anymore information as I cannot recall any (I’ll edit when I do!)
