Forgotten Title Manga about an immortal kid

Hey, a long time ago I remember reading a manga about a Immortal boy stuck forever as a child and he always had a randoseru bag (japanese elementary school back pack)

I don’t remember much but I think he had bottles and stuff in there??? Not really sure.
And I think (again not sure) that the boy saves this girl from a kidnapping at the beginning.

Sorry, my memories of it are pretty vague so other than the first bit, the other stuff I’ll told Ya may be wrong.

It did have a pretty down to earth art style, not particularly realistic, but not overly stylised. Easy on the eyes kind.

The only thing I can think of that seems remotely similar is Junkie Fiction. But this is likely not it.
