No bl or gl, yaoi or Yuri, Shonen-ai or shojou Ai. Mc must be a male. I don't care if it is manhua or manwha or manga. As long they got translated to english . Any genre except gory, adult(mature, echhi is accepted) The released translated chapter must 100 chapters+ because i read fast. Don't recommend me that have adapted to anime. i might already watched it. BUT It is fine if it got continuation. Like nisekoi, Food wars, Kingdom, black clover.( no one piece or boku no hero academia)
Enen no Shouboutai Kimetsu no Yaiba (getting an anime adaptation) Kaguya-sama wo Kokurasetai (romcom, getting an anime adaptation) Vinland Saga(getting an anime adaptation)
Magician, art was pretty meh in the beginning, but it got a lot better over time. No idea how it's now though since last I remember from some years ago it had infrequent updates. Yureka Tower of God The Gamer DICE ID great fusion something something (there's also a novel of this) Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) Historie
Space brothers Ajin Dungeon meshi Historie Shoukoku no altair Bokura wa minna kawaisou Bungo stray dogs
Not sure if some of these can be found since I read them so very long ago but you can try to find them. Also I'm only recommending COMPLETED translated manga/hwa/hua. I hate finding good comics and not being able to finish them! (P.S. can't remember the chapters but fairly certain they're not short) 666 Satan (Manga) Ares (Manhwa) Bremen (Manga) Change 123 (Manga) Dendrobates (Manga) Holyland (Manga) Kazan (Manga) Ludwig Kakumei (Manga) Mahou Tsukai Kurohime (Manga) Meteodo (Manga) Nephilim John (Manhwa) -Not my fave but you might like- Psyren (Manga) Rave Master (Manga) -I think there is an anime... maybe- The Breaker (Manhwa) -Haven't read the sequel and won't until I reread this but it should be good!- The One (Manhwa) Threads of Time (Manhwa) Tiji-kun (Manga) -Again not a fave but a good read- Wolf Guy (Manga) -Warning! There are a few adult scenes that can be disturbing- That pretty much covers it for the moment. These are for male MC but there are some awesome ones with female MC where romance is just a side genre to the main story (Tokyo Crazy Paradise). Try it. You may enjoy it ^-^
Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo Mc is male 100+ chapters Have anime Translated to English
Don't you guys think it's stupid to use all these different names? I mean they're all comics and manga and others are basically translation of the word. Why not then speak other words in the original language, why not speak entirely in it then… The worst are the weebs that write fanfics and everything is 99% English except for gomen, baka, arrigato, nakama, family relations... HEAVY CRINGE
Are you referring to the use of 'manga', 'manhwa' and 'manhua'? For these it just makes it any easy way to identify the style of comic. In western culture you have cartoons and animated movies. The wording helps us automatically associate with the different types/genres/artistic style. The use of Japanese words helps to reinforce the writing style of a novel. It's a good (mostly subtle if used right) technique to help us think within the world the author is creating. If you read a textbook about cults (for example), you get a lot of facts, examples and other types of data. Now if you were to rewrite the textbook into the style of a teen-romance, the wording will generate a different feeling but the same information is being read. I'm no expert on all this but I enjoy when an author, whether fan-fic, freelance, best-selling, or any other type, gets it right since it takes little to no effort to immerse my mind into the story. Without the word cues I sometimes have to try and remember just what type of story I am reading. A good example is if you were to base your story in France. You would start placing French words like baguette or fille meuille instead of bread or cake. A lot of fan-fics might not be able to express completely what they want to convey but since I'm not paying for it I tend to overlook the spelling, bad grammar and other little things that pop-up, as long as the story itself is enjoyable. Ok that's enough of my rambling now lol
I agree on the first part, second one hell no. A way for the writter to help us imagine his world better? Tell me then how does a story concerning English like nobility fit in Oto-san, Oka-san, ni-san, gomen… that's just the author being amatheurish weeb who ruins his own story's immersion.
I recommand these: Ranma 1/2 (manga) Inuyasha (manga) Ludwig Kakumei (manga) Hakushaku Cain (manga) 20th Century Boys (manga) Battle Royale (manga) Dragon Ball (manga) Bride of the Water God (manhwa) Fullmetal Alchemist (manga) Angel Sanctuary (manga) X/1999 (manga) All have male MC and all are 100+ chapters.
