I've just read a couple of those romance novels with #transmigration and #otome_game tags, where the mc is, most of the time, born as a villain. The mc of the novel always ends up with one of the guys, that are supposed to be love interests for the FL of the gameā€¦
The thing I was curious about is, whenever there is a novel where the mc actually ends up with the games protagonist. I'll welcome shojo-ai and shounen-ai too, since I feel like those genres makes a lot sence to be there (if you got what I mean).

    Tysm!!

The World of Otome Games is Tough For Mobs - The MC is a male character that didn't even exist in the game with a female protagonist. Without too many spoilers, he's not the only transmigrator and the both the protagonist and main villainess end up on his side while he often opposed all of the games male leads who now surround another transmigrator who has co-opted the protagonist's role in the game.

Also if you don't mind manga, Beware the Villainess! is also a fun one
