ISSTH and orther Ergen works, Demon's Diary author's works, both author give the mc all type of weapons, this include mirror, bells, jades and everything else... their call it "treasure", and each its supposed to have a type of power.

For everyone who isn't the below, thank you for your suggestions. I didn't have time to reply to everyone, but I did to most of those who gave me something to talk about that wasn't just a "Thank You for giving a seemingly good/fitting suggestion". Some of those I'm replying to I am disagreeing with your suggestion, but I also explain why.

I'm looking for stories with unusual weapons because having something rare and unusual is a sign of at least some level of creativity and thus more likely to have the story have something a bit more interesting than normal.

Also, which "Boku" are you referring to? Because it's a Japanese word for "My", and there's more than one Anime with it just starting the title.

Is that Elder/Old Man his main weapon? Or is it a gag weapon brought out every now and again? Depending on your answer depends on mine. (Yes, I know that Gintama is a gag series. Doesn't mean that they give him only one gag weapon to fight with).

...I'm going to call that "Unarmed Combat", and disqualify it.

The question on these two is whether or not they fight with their weapons in "base" form, or if it's just a medium to become other things. If the MC from King's Avatar doesn't hit people with the Umbrella as his main form of combat, and instead just transforms it into a weapon from the restricted list, then it doesn't count. Same with Emperoro's Dominiation, if the stone just gets turned into a Sword or Something from the restricted list, why are you calling it an "Unusual Weapon"?

I would say that it's unarmed combat (unless the "claws" are non-natural), though not to discourage your suggestion. I would do it purely to disqualify "Beast Transformations/Naturally Beasts Combat" from the options. A bird scratching with it's talons, or a horse kicking with any of it's four feet? That's unarmed combat, and thus not a weapon.

Hammer was disqualified, Shield in Tate isn't something I consider a weapon (it's armour and a magical medium, but NOT a weapon, because BS World Rules means he can't attack with it because of BS to make him weak at the beginning of the story). Replied to a King's Avatar Suggestion above.

His MAIN weapon's the bow (the modifications only work because VR), with Kicks as the backup. All the other's are more like supporting weapons. I'm also divided about the Kicks here, as it IS, technically, Unarmed Combat, but he's made Bladed Combat Boots and uses them as a weapon, which is at least unusual.

I'm going to say... no. It either fits under the "Unarmed Combat", or "Magic/Chi/Spirit Energy/Other" categories of the "No" Rules that I set out.

It's not his main weapon. It's what he uses to embarrass his enemies when he's easily overpowering them. Not counted.

- Insanely Pampered Wife (Ling Long, a legendary weapon, able to transform to any weapons it's owner wanted, but due to being under low power, currently unable to change to proper one. Last time used for combat, it transformed into a frying pan when the MC use it to fight a giant snake of sort, LOL)
- Can't remember the title, but I think there's a novel that was dropped by shinsori, the MC's using a bardiche
- Parallel World Pharmacy (God of Medicine's staff)
- Shield Hero (the title said it all)
- Moon Led Journey to Otherworld (bow & arrow)
- The King's Avatar (MMORPG, transformable umbrella & brick-slap)
- Baito de Aku no Soshiki (variable, one combat chapter MC using a giant mole-like claw as weapon, other a tutu (yep, that ballet clothing) & last one a rocket pompadour)
- Knights & Magic (ok, it got giant robot, but the MC "daily" weapons are twin gunblades)

Hunter x Hunter - kurapika uses chains... Also overall characters use nen so most of the time there attack styles/ methods are unique

Highschool DxD - gauntlet and boobies

Toaru kagaku no railgun - misaka is a railgun

Horizon in the middle of nowhere - brains, giant flying city ship and removing all his clothes is how toori fights

Baka to Test to shoukanjuu - chibi versions of themselves and test marks
