Afaik it's usually illegal if you're underage? Unless you have your parents conscent and you go through like lots of procedures talking to a bunch of people.

And ofc it will work better for some people than other, mostly asians in particular, but like it should be a pretty low chance. Much lower than a born girl dressing up and coming to a LAN?

I thought 'her' arms did look a bit lanky and 'she' had somewhat broad shoulders?
