    I feel you op. That's why I play Girl's Frontline now.
    No need to whale for units if you can farm summon resource lol.

    for me it was where the odds were so low that i could roll x10 5 times and get nothing but 3*s and 5 duplicates of some 4* CE which i've already maxed and had 0 intention to ever use even when it was new. the only games i've played with a worse gacha system have been the SAO games where they'll regularly give out nothing but 2*s you could get from just playing the game normally.
