there might be. the main character and his companions were experimented on as children. due to this they are inhumanly strong. some can do things borderline impossible for humans to do. (stop cars with their hands, talk in 3 different voices at once, react instantaneously to gunfire and dodge bullets) so if you want to think of them as cyborgs. However whats annoying is that they are barely in the novel at all. they are just there to be there at times when they are convenient

They're still the same concept and family. Just one is made out of all metal. No both are man made so it's the same. It's just like how you have apple and android. And Un SS, there are many races in the universe and that includes cyborg and AI.
