I want a novel the MC is super handsome and/or super charming in his skills like Number One Under Heaven or NEET Receives a Dating Sim Game Leveling System. To point that people become entranced. His appearance and his cool actions need to be a major part of the story. The thing is though I want the MC to be likable (no scumming or perverted) and ignorant or humble about his appearances. Not a novel like When God Made Me or a R-18 type novel. It can be RRL, manga, mahwa, NU, etc. I also would appreciate a summary of it.

Try reading Handa-kun.(manga) he wasn't godly handsome but he is admired by everyone at school. This is the teenage days of Barakamon's mc Sei Handa. Try it. It's a fun read.
I want to say the Legend of the Sun Knight, because his radiant smile blinds people and he's just perfect from wherever you look... But I kinda feel this novel doesn't really matches what you're looking for... Anyway, it's complete of you want to check it out. Then there's Douluo Dalu, but not exactly from the starts, since there's a point where the MC does receive training in acting more elegant. Then, there's the secondary character in Ze Tian Ji - Tang Tang. Damn if he's not cool, elegant, awesome, fucking rich, and he fucking knows it and enjoys it.
These are all comedies but: For a manga Horimiya? It's a slice of life about how the two leads live 'secret lives' different from their school personalities. The male lead is very humble and there's a lot of humor whenever he does something charming. Acchi Kocchi is a super cute and light hearted slice of life anime based on a 4-koma (4 panel manga). Basically, the guy is super dense and acts like a prince. I also second Handa-kun

Douluo Dalu. During his near adult-adulthood. Too bad only a short time of that face really got attention. Too buzy fighting lol. And you can read the manhwa on how handsome( in looks ) he became. If only there was a fanfic all about him attracting ladies left and right, even the villians and we all can get a non fight ending and just a harem end lol. No more revenge, just enjoyment. Atleast dude is a 'the only one' kind of person lol.

I'll second Sakamoto Desuga, Mahouka kouko, and Legend of the Sun Knight. Ancient Godly Monarch hints at it, explicitly stating that the main character is fiendishly handsome but it isn't a big deal. Campione has an author trying to fulfill your goal, so you might want to look at that.
