Emperor's domination has one of the best cultivation system i have seen but the novel becomes trash after the first 2100 chapters.
Desolate Era also has one of the most sophisticated systems i have seen.

World of Cultivation ( completed, 915 ch, starts out like cliche xianxia with mc as farmer instead of sword maniac but quickly weers off into different waters with necessary actions and talents of the common men to survive the massive warfare initiated by the biggest baddest sects and teritories along with how everyone's research and reclamation of knowledge from ancient times with ruins resurfacing messes with the power system in place [ one effect being anyone who got too far in the classical cultivation deal can't convert to the new style mixed with ancient which comes off more as xuanhuan so the usual worry of "what n generation of old bones will jump out as a new enemy" is unfounded for the old powerful people are thus relics now and the stage is beset by the younger generation ) aside from showcasing more of how forging, alchemy, beast rearing, farming, strategy and xianxia troops wage war and so on much better than the usual sent a 100 x realms and a xy realm elder "commanding" so no "face" is lost the series greatest strength is the character interactions because you don't know who MC will ever even see again with all the work to be done, duties calling and loyalties shifting.

Tl dr what you asked for, + overly passionate rant on other benefits excuse me for that.

Other recommendations, The Ultimate Evolution( features stats but instead of special snowflake MC like in Gamer, here everyone is using them and the real difference is in what skills a "contestant" can grab from each world he is thrusted into while avoiding failing missions and seeking benefits and naturally no solo play trying to defend from and attack other contestants), Will Wight's Cradle series ( starts off seeming as xianxia done by American author but has a quirky system with lots more at play where even 5-6 "realms" can be crossed depending on difference in utilizing one's skills and abilities because nobody gets the exact same benefit from following a Path and broad ways of cultivations seem more personal and varied for the author's flair for thinking up diverse ways one's attributes affect attack, defense, dodging and preparation with cultivators seeming more like s&s adventurers due to some being better at finishing a fight fast, some needing prep work, other good at recovery and resistance, jacks of all trades, specializants of 1 or few areas of cultivation).

1 more thing for Ultimate Evolution, while things like Growth Hunter, Awakener, Temperer are mentioned as steogner than normal contestants, that is for many reasons not purely driven by stats. Contestants sponsors aren't truly omnipotent and have limited resources and power to invest, so contestants need to acquire authority and benefits for their sponsor while also mastering the powers they acquired and awaken some talents they had dormant. A Growth Hunter is a contestant who had to fight a copy of himself with more stats, equal skills and abilities except 1, the unique innate talent every contestant holds and can hone through fighting, practice, items that either serve with purpose of empowering talent or are something that resonates with a particular contestant, Awakener pushed 1 of their skills to a needed level of mastery or created a personal one through practice ( Awakener skills don't hold more oomph in all cases, most times they are utility based like feats of D&D and have restraint against skills lesser than Awakener grade ones), Temperer is where the body starts exhibiting greater capacity to fight with a select piece of the body gaining a combat form ( MC's gets a 3rd eye that was matured out of his Awakener skill and lets him transfer damage and status effects from allies to himself which is good for a tank role who will suffer less and shorter than a mage would from the sm,e attack meant to kill a squishy mage) and one guy had his back muscles expand horrifically ( like Baki Hanma Yujiro ) which granted him not just greater strength and greater defence from behind but mixed well with the fact he dual wielded shields to become akin to a human armored vehicle even more than before.

Contestants in the same realm ( normal normal, Temperer Temperer) have the same limit for uppermost stat numbers so the important things are their items, teammates, skills, intelligence and knowing correctly if they got in a fight they can win using their best or did they fuck up so much in underestimating the enemy that not even running away is possible). This stat issue also means a DPS and Tank can have the same Physique if the DPS is weird but a Tank is also someone who took specific items and trined skills to make use of his stats better even if the number is the same. Greater complications arise from contestants not knowing which of them has skills and items with greater "precedence" which is handed by sponsors to see which contestant uses them better as such skills often have flaws and loopholes to be exploited by the enemy or seem not worth much even with precedence without a cunning contestant making use of them.

Lord of the Mysteries is a fantastic novel with a well thought out power system which seems to be a mixture of eastern cultivation, western superpowers and a hint of Lovecraft. Abilities from earlier on in the book are still consistently used and there are clear divisions in the power levels, which are not necessarily combat strength.

He Who Fights With Monsters. In this world, people can gain up to twenty different skills/spells/passive abilities, and inherently have 6 racial abilities (though Humans, apparently, have 4 empty racial ability spaces that adjust to fit their abilities). The "first four" non-racial abilities are unlocked by using special manifestations of accumulated mana, called Essence Stones. Essence Stones are accumulations of Elemental Essence, and gift the person upon them the ability to utilise a specific Element dependant on the Stone, a single Elemental Ability of said element, and the ability to awaken 4 more abilities of that Element using more common and diverse Awakening Stones. Each Essence Stone binds itself to one of the individual's 4 stats (Power, Speed, Recovery & Spirit). Once one absorbs their 3rd Essence Stone, a 4th based on the Elements they have gathered forms, meaning one only needs to actually gather 3 Essence Stones to get access to all 20 potential Essence Abilities. Gaining all your Essences is overcoming a biological hurdle, doing things like adjusting itself to run off of Mana instead of Food.

Once you have all your Essence Abilities, then the training truly begins. Each Essence Ability is ranked into, well, ranks. Not in difficulty of use, inherent power or anything else like that, but in how much you've trained them and your skill in using them (unless you go the lazy way, but that has inherent limitations in potential growth, and is quite expensive). Every ability starts are Iron Rank, and can level up at Iron Rank X amount of times before hitting Bronze Rank, which is followed by Silver, Gold and Diamond Ranks. Once every Ability in an Essence has Leveled Up, the Essence itself Levels Up to match the lowest level Ability, giving the individual an improvement in the related stat. If all abilities for the Essence is of sufficient Rank, the Essence Ranks Up, like the abilities, and if all the Essences are of X Rank, the individual Ranks Up (I assume, this hasn't actually come up in the story yet).

This is universal, be it the MC or the other characters, they all utilise this system of growth. What makes the MC "special" is that he came from somewhere like our Earth, and thus is no longer human and 4 of his self-designed Racial Abilities combine to make up a full System. One that supposedly works off of his subconscious.

Oh, and while a Bronze Rank isn't necessarily much stronger than an Iron Rank, a Silver is notably stronger than most Bronze Ranks, Gold is significantly stronger than most Silver Ranks, and Diamond is considered to be theoretically demi-god level. Hope you enjoy.

The Zombie Knight Saga, the Author explains how ones become powerful and the story has a really good power system.
Mother of Learning, the basic of becoming powerful by practicing over and over again.
