NTR in novels

Is there really a lot of people who like NTR? I mean, I have trouble seeing where is the appeal in it...
Is there any pleasure seeing a guy crying watching his beloved being furiously banged on their wedding night?
Please explain it to me...

I don't like it myself but I know some people do. There's a few threads asking for some even.

Anyhow, most idiotic thing to have in any form of entertainment. Ranks 2 in things I hate in novel. No.1 is death of MC, to bring new MC suddenly.

I really don't understand people who like NTR. I remember one webnovel that in the same chapter contained rape/NTR/torture with one of the mc's love interest being the target.
I stayed a few days withouth a good sleep... ;(

Idk, there is no way I can understand it. Having someone you love be destroyed by someone else? There must be some serious issues for someone to enjoy their loved one being taken by someone else. Or maybe they don't know how it feels to really love someone?

 

Its not about 'like' per se. It has to do with circumstances and how it is presented. It is quite painful and leaves a deep impression of characters. If well done, it usually creates very great character development for all involved parties.

But again, if done in a tasteless fashion, you end up dropping the novel.

I am not a proponent for NTR but do not mind it. If you have read the Farseer trilogy, I would say it is well done in it. In many others, it just becomes disgusting.

 

I think it would be fine if the MC moved on to other girls in the story like what happened in Coiling Dragon.

 

I'm fine with netori but I'm not a fan of netorare. Though if the MC is like and describe in the same way as the first bug in My disciple die yet again then I'll probably read it with pleasure.

 

Happened more many times, because there are author that time, it makes their work unique*cough*he/she does not know what to do with MC*cough*

 

I'm not an ntr fan but nuf has tag filters so if up don't like it just put a filter. I don't think ntr is that bad per say. It just an interest and to be honest there are a lot of tags that I see as minor interests (at least for me) that if the story is good enough then having those tags is meh, even if normally I dislike them.

people use these kind of tags so uncontrollably.

now then... putting fetishes aside, some authors think that NTR leads to some kind of epic twist and character development...(they think)
anyone remembers "The Sacred Blacksmith"? ... oh god that piece of shit.....

anyway, funny thing, I find that female authors do NTR more excessively than male.
