I'm suggesting some things that I noticed last Season 1.

First, Judges should have a private group chats which there, you discuss things like what songs for round 1 or round 2, who should pick the song for this round, etc.
(Coz last season 1, there are some miscommunications around round 3 between judges where the other didn't agree with the song choices of the other)

Second, have a group chat with the singers, one organizer will be on that group chat and will be the one collecting the recorded songs of the singers.
(Coz also last season 1, the singers just keep posting the songs in the thread, and its hard. The thread keeps getting flooded) Of course because of different timezones, the posting of recorded songs won't be the same for each singers. Set a strict deadline, if didn't comply, lose for that round or deduction of points i guess?That organizer will wait until she/he got all of the recordings and will post.

Last time, the recordings didn't get posted all at the same time, and sometimes i am biased with first come, first serve basis so I think its better that the recordings get posted in conplete.

Third and i think the last, if someone wants to join but the event has already started, they will have to wait for the next season OR become a honorary singer. (Singing just for fun, no nuffies given. Honorary Singers need to have a different group chat with the singers AND must also comply with the same schedule as the singers so when all the recordings will be posted. The first sentences will show the singers recordings and the last thats labeled as honorary singers at the end.)

Honorary singers isn't strictly needed to comply to the deadline. You're free when to give or not. OF COURSE, the judges won't judge your singing. Its for fun after all.

Yup.
So far when we've done is create a private group chat for all the organisers.
For the competition itself, we'll be creating another thread here for them to put their recordings so it won't be lost under alot of random talking and the like.
As we've stated in the rules, there'll be 5 participants, of any more wish to join, they'll be guest singers/wait for the next season.
As for the case of the recordings being posted at different times, I'll think over it...
