Yes, current translations are from the censored version.

Up until now, I've only translated from the censored chapters. There are uncensored chapters from volume 1 and 2 that had the R18+ content removed. Hence, I will re-translate those chapters with the R18+ content from the chapters the author provides me.

And going forward, I will be translating from the uncensored version.

I think the human queen had a baby with the elf queen's brother, he died and she went all psycho delusional believing it was her baby. Not sure of the exact specifics, i think some people had comments like she used magic to put the baby in her own stomach at some point but i skimmed some of the chapters looking for wincest.
