Personally, I don’t think that less activity comes into that much of play. I think that if the gambit works, which it seems to have, then leaving PoE is the best way to make that work. … If that makes sense? I don’t see any gaps in logic there. I don’t think Tsu would have lived long enough to have been not lynched in MYLO/LYLO. That slot is the kind of slot (based on the reads around them) that is heavily susceptible to tinfoil. Especially since I’m on Cream bussing right now, I don’t think I’d have left the Tsu slot alone. It wasn’t anything solid. It was a combination of being on the Wake wagon (which iirc it would have been very easy for that slot to land on Math there) and something else I’d have to look at my posts to remember.
Also I don't think it's weird. Vigging town could kinda be disastrous, and especially during the first few days when it was very unclear... if you aren't 99% confident in your reads then it makes sense to holster.
you said that like 3 mins before eod. The only person who mentioned not wanting to vote tsu anymore was math. there is no world where at that point in the day, everyone changes over to triss. The only reason I didn't hammer tsu before that point was because I was waiting for people to say their piece. Also, you had just admonished math for giving up on the plan, and then you immediately decide to try and pivot away from it?
I think checking the reasoning for town reading people right now is the way to go. Agreed; the townie thing to do isn’t to shoot someone super early because that’s likely to land on town, IMO
couldn't shoot d1. d2 I second guessed myself on shooting tsu because of how half the players decided to kill math instead of wake. d3 - The only viable targets were cream, lemon, lissi. And based on how math and tsu acted couldn't bring myself to shoot lemon. If you had my ability, which of the three would you have shot?
/shrug Tbvh, I was only voting Tsumugi because Cream was, and also because there were only a few hours until EOD and there wasn't time to change anything. I still felt that it was much more likely for Trisscar to be mafia than Tsumugi, especially since I believed Tsumugi's roleclaim. And also because Trisscar wasn't voting Tsumugi, which made me feel really suspicious. And also because Tsumugi's last hour was really towny (Wake's was like that too, but Tsumugi's was even townier). IDR what my mental math was exactly but it was something along the lines of, if people start moving I'll vote Trisscar and then Trisscar with 2 votes will be greater than Lemon's 1 vote, and it might have to rand, but I don't want Lemon voted off, or something like that. So I guess my statement was more a result of time running out panic (and thinking that a Lemon wagon might actually form, however inconceivable that may seem in retrospect) + garbled incomplete math + my true thoughts about Tsumugi being townier that Trisscar and the Trisscar > Tsumugi > Lemon ordering. Though in the end, as you pointed out, I could see it wasn't going to happen, so I just stayed on Tsumugi. This probably isn't the greatest explanation but hopefully it makes sense.

it really only works if there is a 4th mafia in this game, which I think is unlikely tbh, in the 3 total mafia world cream still has this phase and at least one more after this. If cream votes out town and doesn't instantly die she's outed and just gets voted out next day phase, and honestly I'm just going to shoot cream if she doesn't die for voting out town. in the 4 total mafia world, we are currently at 4v2 she busses her other scumbuddy putting us at 4v1 there is an nk and I don't shoot putting us at 3v1 for d5 (ideally I got the heal on n4 here to stay alive and shoot cream during the next day phase if she votes town and doesn't die.) and d5 cream outs herself and gets shot by me during the night phase and town wins with 2v0. there really is no world where cream can win this if she is scum.
