ch.4 had a bit of tension which was interesting, then a simple explanation on how to use qi and then the novel went to a place full of monkeys and here is what i was thinking, Rise of the Planet of the Apes/ Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the mc also met a strange man among the monkeys and the called himself the mcs monkey friends granfather and wanted to give him a gift for saving his grandsons life but mc refused but the strange man still gave him an iron bar which extremely mysterious and can only be used once someone reaches a certain realms and the reason for this gift was because that man likes the mc

 

This novel is fun lol. Poor Master Daoming. Already dropped ISSTH, but what the MC did to his master reminded me of what Meng Hao did to Patriarch Reliance lol. I'd want to kill the MC too after his mischief XD

Ahh. It wasn't linked to the LCD shortcut on the novel page, nor did that(only I shall be immortal) tag exist so I thought it hadn't been made yet. I'll ask the mod to merge/delete this one and get it linked.

Good three chapters, i sort of stopped reading when the 6th one came out as I was worried that there would be a tournament but it didn't happen which made me extremely happy... plus the confession and that it will actually come true foreshadowing is making me eager to continue reading, although the time skip and the coma were out of place at least it is better than saying that he cultivated like normal for 3 yrs and broke through from his high genius another plus...

 

9.1 and 9.2 is pretty much still the epilogue of the coma and disappearance for 3 years, i bet 9.3 will still be almost the same and in the 10th chapter we will probably learn that the sect is organising a trip out of the sect for some reason and then there will either be a tournament which if there actually is one i might skip it or the mc might qualify without any trouble because he is the only 1 in the 5th gen...

 

10.2/3 - i like the way leaving the sect was handled and i am growing even more certain that there could be some romance later on between those 2... i also liked the explanation on cultivation, oh and we find out what happens to cultivators which did not manage to ascend..., good chapters... i am still hoping there won't be any tournaments anytime soon...

 

does anyone know what happened to the translation? did it get dropped or did the tl have rl problems or anything? i was sort of expecting to know what would happen next after they got to the Buddhist sect!!

 

does anyone know of the status for this novel? i mean it has been ages since the last release (18/01/17 which is over 3 weeks) and no news whatsoever... i mean is it dropped because they did that poll whether they would drop it or continue on, or is it that their TL vanished so they cant release anything? but some kind of announcement about the status would be nice!!

i kind of like and dislike the main characters personality; on one hand he is easy going but on the other hand i dont know how that personality came to be,as in the first or so few chapters he was pretty serious and then that long time skip happened and he joined the sect and then his personality became what it is now...also cant wait to see the development between HL and Reverend Elysian...
