Baal's Contractor is an Epic ranked Growth type Hidden class. So no, it's not counted among the 9 Legendary classes even though it can potentially rank up to legend or even myth rank. Baal probably has power equal to a myth rank if he's the 1st ranked Great Demon, but Baal's Contractor is a necromancer who's power is determined by the rank of the undead they currently control (I think), so Angus who has the Lich Mumad and Death Knight Lantier should be Legend rank or at least close to it.

Not sure if title stats work like passive buff but Grid acquired stat in the past that didn't start with 1. (Dignity?) I recall some mention about the Good Luck stat in a previous chapter. Edit: c515 Good luck was more difficult to raise than any other special stat. It was impossible to distribute stat points to it, and the act of bringing out a ‘beneficial effect’ was unconditionally random, so training it was difficult and even the title effects weren’t applied to it. Now his good luck stat increased by 15 points at once, making it 16.
