Implemented Page Navigation above update list.

Request: Page Navigation buttons at top of NU.

Details: I'd like to request a (optional) page navigation above the updates on NU or perhaps below favorites but above updates. Often I want to quickly flip back through the pages but having to scroll to the bottom of each page is very inconvenient. No need for a ton of clutter just a small back and forward button and perhaps a # sign that works like the new search for selecting a specific page.

Runsing it seems like this is not implemented for the mobile site....... Can you get it implemented for the mobile site too?

first, it is the overlord @Tony you'll have to direct the thanks to.
secondly, you'll need Favorites enabled to make it shows. Afterall, that's the primary reason it was added. It is in the Global Setting in Reading List page. Tap the list(s) you want as Favorites. Or just create a blank one and choose it.



also, it appears Tony is still testing it. it is now considerably smaller than my original screenshot.

 

I enabled the favorites and now it is showing the numbers

Great stuff. Wondering if it would be possible to only have favorites show up at the front page, sometimes i simply don't care much about other releases and the reading list its just a summary with latest chapter (Or maybe have a detailed reading list that works like this).

 

Why would it matter? The favorites are still on the top of the page anyway, it's not like the releases after them matter much...

 

I think @FenixR wants an extended list of the update history of releases in his reading list without having to flip pages.

 

Ah, I doubt that is possible, considering that the front page shows less releases when you hide stuff, I assume the releases on each page are fixed by the database.

 

Precisely, lets assume the front page shows only 20 releases, i want those 20 releases to be only of my favorites/reading list without including other releases not in any of those 2 lists.

 

Yeah... I doubt it is possible.

Like, my frontpage rarely has more than 5 releases on it because I block a lot of stuff. I think that if what you want is possible, mine would still show the maximum amount of stuff.
