There was some method with Happy Money gift card, but in the end you still need korean number for this..... Or maybe I'm just too stupid to understand it. Are there any other methods or it's just hopeless? Are all translators who pick novels from kakaopage have korean number? Maybe, idk, someone can share the number, I just want to buy damn chapters of one novel.
you dont need to have the korean number to buy non 19 titles if you follow the right instruction. But to get there is not easy, But you can do it. I always appreciate people who want to buy the books.

Hi, i’m having the same trouble too, until last month, i could still charge kakaopage cash by using happymoney easy charging voucher, but i tried to charge again today and apparently now, charging any amount in kkp requires age verification which uses korean phone number or is it because of the cashback event they’re having right now? i’ll try to charge cash again after this event ends and see if they still require verification

if you’re still at early chapters, you can just make multiple accounts to read more chapters using the 20-30 free chapter coupons its just that these coupons cant be used for the newest 10 chapters, so you’ll only need cash when you’re caught up till the 10th latest chap!

I sent inquiry to kkp last week. The same policy is applied to kakao webtoon app so it is equally suck. It is time for them to add verification like naver and ridibooks. Hopefully they'll reply soon

agreed. at least the payment system of Naver and Ridi still accomodating foreigners to pay legally, google books, too.
