    I know this response is really late, but bedroom eyes are actually eyes with large pupils, because humans have large pupils when aroused. Not necessarily sexually aroused, because large pupils are a flight-fight-freeze response. Women used to put belladonna drops in their eyes to dilate the pupils in order to get bedroom eyes in order to appear more attractive. We now use atropine to get the same effect for medical reasons.

    i literally thought they were eyes that were peach-blossom coloured and never bothered to question it, just imagining orange ish eyes on the mc from fod

    I'm more familiar with the anime terms "tsurime" and "tareme" eyes... So are phoenix eyes more like tsurime eyes and peach blossom eyes more like tareme eyes? Or is it the other way around?

    I really like the red phoenix eyes!! SO PRETTY!!! I wish I have those....
