I stopped reading this novel again, but checked the NU page because I thought i was reading another novel by the same author. The TL for this novel really is incredible. 5 chapters in one day! I really wish she had picked something else.

I don't think he's acting..... but if you judge his character, his love for his sister is pretty strong so when she became poisoned and the only person that was near her all day was LF he isn't thinking straight anymore. All honestly I still think it was the gramps that did the poisoning, I mean the effects trigger as soon as he asked if the Imperial Clan was going to honor its commitment and 2nd said 'no'. That and if his other grandson took the princess away then he can get the marriage and say they 'saved' her from the evil Lin Feng.......but either way Yue Clan just signed their death certificates
I'm going to have to reread that to see when it triggers. But if, as you say, the second prince loves his sister and isn't acting, it makes no sense. He's been pushing the 2 together, he knows they have deep feeling for each other, and that the princess is borderline obsessed, and I'm saying that she's on the other side of it, he would be happy.
