Filtering is available and usually used in case you don't want something specific.

Sorry man while I agree there are some really fucked up novels on here that should never see the light of day. I assume you're so against this novel because it has parent child incest, not just because it is a yaoi. Anyway there is zero chance of novel updates banning this novel, or any of the more fucked up novels.

You see banning just one novel for its content would set a precedent. Meaning they would actually be expected to monitor and review all the novels that get linked to on this site. Do you have any idea what a huge amount of work that would be? The mods don't need or want that much work. They have enough trouble just keeping the site running. Use your filters, and make sure you don't ever access novel updates at work, and you'll be fine.
