I once read a manga about a guy who died and was reborn into a fantasy world as the 3rd son of a merchant. He attended a magic school with nobles who looked down on him because he was a commoner and had no affinity for any kind of attack magic. He actually had really powerful healing abilities though, enough to heal wounds no one else could. He actually starts out by buying crippled slaves, who he heals and then uses as rentable laborers. He starts with a Centaur girl and a girl with wings. He also gets engaged to a bombshell former soldier after healing her organ that allows her to use magic. The mc also wants to own his own theater and loves watching theater too.
