Please help me! I was trying to log into the game today and after thet "clear your cache" meassage, I noticed that the files download screen was stuck at 100% and won't enter the game. One of the approuches I tried was to uninstall the game and redownload it again but when I entered it my data was reset into a new game starting from the toutrial. I don't know what to do! Did I lose all my servants and progress forever? Can I somehow recover it with my Google account or something? P.S. I don't think I ever made or copied my transfer code.

If you didn’t make a password with your transfer code, your only bet now is to ask DW/aniplex. If you’ve ever done any micro transaction on that account and have a receipt for it, it help a lot as proof. I personally suggest you go on fgo reddit for more detailed steps since you’re definitely not the only one who’ve made a mistake like this.
