School Live, though that's a manga. Humanity has Declined might fit, but not sure if it counts as slice of life, it has a LN, manga, and anime. Sound of the Sky fits, but again is an anime which I think got a manga adaption. I feel like a post apocalyptic slice of life is difficult because the very nature of post apocalypse makes it hard to have a setting where the characters can be care free enough for slice of life to exist. Generally they would be worried about surviving.
Yeah, you're right. That's why I'm wondering if there is a series with that kind of setting. I've read a manga that follows the story of two soldier (?) girl that is riding a small tank or bike. It is relatively SoL, but, yeah, not exactly SoL.
