Try meditating as in sit still for 15 min and just use your mind, think trough the issue. This may break your block and you will be able to accomplish what you are procrastinating.
I still don't have this in my school but from the words you're saying, i am confused, so I hope it lightens your mood more.
It's basically the exams you take in secondary school here in England before you go to college... Out of the 36 topics you learn in biology (over 2years) only 6 appeared in the exam and they weren't even big mark type of questions... Instead there was a bunch of business related questions...
Would love to help you but i procrastinated through my last 3 exams and tomorrow is my final exam in math which is owrth 50% of my degreee and i will fail to 90%. yay college life
Tell you what, if you follow the steps given below, then you will definitely stop procrastinating. 1- shut down your pc. 2- take out the battery of your mobile phone. 3- give your tablet to an obnoxious relative. 4- stand up 5-close all doors, Windows and air con control. 6- sit down and take out study materials. 7- don't turn on air con controls until you finish first chapter. Masters next year. Had enough study for now. Till then, I will toill in the workforce and come to terms with reality XD

I can't help my very existence is a procrastination But being more serious in threads similar to this some advice was listening to music helped some people
I actually managed to study a few hours for my final exam tomorrow, I just gave all electronic things like phone and laptop to my dad till 10pm and him controlling me every 20min while studying xD
