    On the QI site there's this announcement our dear Reptilian Overlords wished us foolish and decadent Westerners to see: First-Listed Company of Online Literature, Congratulations on China's Literature's IPO.
    First, why do we care if they win this award (no gain for us), and secondly, I was under the impression Qidian has a monopolistic hold on the Chinese online reading market; making such an award meaningless. Honestly, I'd prefer if there was more competition; it'd give QI the motivation to innovate and maybe not put a pay-to-read system in place. After all, who's gonna pay if you can find alternate free translations.

    There are multiple factions, some cool, some not. QI are one of the latter. Personally I swear my allegiance to the almighty Penguin Lizard House.

    It doesn't, after all this is the internet. :p Personally, I don't even know why QI even put this on their site. Maybe Chinese people would care.

    No intention to promote, and I'm forced to use QI 'cos they forcefully took over 6 novels I was reading. :/

    QI has this big banner ad thing on their site with all the stuff they think you should see.

    Singles' Day sounds too much like Valentines Day for my liking. :p And I haven't used Jianghu/webnovel yet, guess I'll try it when it's not in beta.
