Protagonist-Novel’s MC(male shou) MC-Arc world MC(female) I can’t remember the name but there was an arc in which the protagonist was a pianist, the real MC of that world was a girl with heart disease and the protagonists family only kept him so he would give his heart to the MC. The MC also has a brother but he ended up falling in love with the Protagonist, the female MC also ended up taking the protagonist captive so she could take his heart herself as her family stopped the plan of taking his heart. I think the ML was disabled and used a wheelchair in that arc...does anybody know a novel with an arc like this?
