Im going to fast for a month

Everyone's body is a little different. I only eat 1 meal a day most days and sometimes when I'm busy I genuinely forget to eat. The longest I have gone without food is 3 days (involuntarily) so I can't help you there. Some people get headaches, some people get stomach cramps, I just felt tired and slept most of the time.

7 days is a long time for your first fast. I don't know much about the "nuclear wave of energy" but, your body will go through 'autophagy' where your body starts to digest itself for emergency energy. As the term implies, emergency energy is only meant to give you a short burst of energy allowing you to get food. I doubt it lasts very long but, I'm not an expert. Different studies show autophagy happening at different timeframes. Some say it starts as soon as 12hrs without food while others say 48hrs. It seems you have information that says 4 days.

If I were you, I'd do a lot more research before adopting that lifestyle. It's a lot of discomfort for what might be a very small benefit. Kind of like how people spend 3x or more money buying organic vegetables even though (i) there are no conclusive benefits to nutrition (ii) organic pesticides can be just as harmful (and sometimes more) harmful for the body and the environment than artificial ones (iii) organic farming uses land less efficiently than conventional farming so there many times it is worse for the environment.

If you are going to fast. Start with a smaller timeframe then work your way up. Also, consult your doctor first you might have some condition that would make fasting particularly dangerous for you - like being a vegan...or a cat lover (cats will sense your weakness and eat you).

Not at all. The fasting was involuntary i.e., I was poor and living in an empty mansion so all I thought about was how much I didn't want to be poor and powerless. Also revenge.

I think if having food was an option, it would've been on my mind but, I'm pretty good at distracting myself.
