Just a random thought. What would you guys think if the mc of a story is tone deft and was transported to another world. Given a legendary job class called a bard. By performing a full solo will give all who listen a multiple buffs that last for a long duration of time. Your thougts.
His singing is terrible but still gives good buffs? Or once he gets the legendary job class his singing becomes good?
The legendary job class makes it so that his singing seems like it is good to the listeners? But it isn't really?
Its obvious, be becomes a legendary solo dungeoner that legends speaks of as the horrible whails echo though out the haunted dungeon or something like that
reminds me of a bard type I read before. His singing is so terrible it debuffs all who hear, allies and foes alike. His allies had to bring earplugs whenever they fought. Depending on how the dmg mechanics work, there isn't a real difference between a defense debuff and an attack buff.
it is " tone deaf" not deft well Beethoven was completely deaf when he composed some of his later pieces so i don't think hearing would be much of a problem. he could create mathematically structured song structure to create his song. as for singing i have no idea edit: at the end of the day it is how it is written
Everytime he fights with a party, the team members is under constant mental damage. Nobody wants him on the party, until one day . . . .he meets a deaf party member. This party member pretends to be able to hear and praises his singing everytime. In fact the new member looks so happy that other people cannot find it in themselves to being it up. Hilarity ensues.
He attacks/kills his enemies when they criticize his errr… talent. Like, "You can say bad things about me but not about my singing." nyahahahaha (ﾉ´∀｀*)
Tone deaf but is a legendary bard? At least he ain't Death March MC tone deaf level, because next thing you know, meteors be popping out of dungeons accompanied with wails, agonizing screams, and mass hysteria due to the eccentric sounds of the MC's singing skills!
