I once spent 3 whole days back to back farming Weapon Proficiency to their max, I had to do this for 5 weapons I never used and it was only after those three days that I found out there was a shortcut to the whole thing. I wasted at least 15 hours each day killing the same boss every minute because fuck me loading times was slow as shit. At least every raised bar of proficiency gave me free Skill points...still, it was horrible. It was also only after killing the boss almost 300 times that he dropped the crafting blueprint for his armor.
Nioh, a very awesome action game. But fuck me is it almost stupidly tough. It's only hard when you're underleveled or are playing the Harder Version of missions, but your leveling speed almost can't keep up. NG isn't hard, but then they're like, "Every NG+, the enemies are tougher, switch locations, have new moves, oh and they now be buffed. Good luck!" Seriously, the first time you beat the game and enter NG+, it's like, "Oh, so I've been playing easy mode this whole time? I've died 312 times on the easiest mode huh." Dark Souls is one thing, Nioh is like, badass Dark Souls with Samurai.
In Nioh, the easy strat is magic/shinobi techniques. I learned this way back in the beta when I struggled fighting the succubus batgirl and saw my companion throw kunais at her in the sky and see her stamina bar drop like a rock. I did beat her solo first, but seeing the cheese made me appreciate how broken I could actually be. Also, I actually think Nioh is way easier than Dark Souls, but that's probably because I use magic and shinobi skills a lot. It's so broken. The sickle is also broken.
It still is, in fact it could be even stronger now. Plus there's finally a weapon in Nioh 2 that lets you scale your weapon damage with Magic. However, ever since the last DLC introduced Claws into the game that's the only thing I've been using, in fact I maxed out the proficiency I could earn for that weapon very quickly. Beating people in the face with ten uppercuts feels more satisfying than stabbing them with a katana. In fact, I think some weapons got slower, or I just got used to the attack speed of pulling off multiple jabs and kicks! They even added cat ears into the game, so nice.
WHY THE HELL IS THIS SKIN NO IMPLEMENTED?!?!?! I SAVED UP CURRENCY JUST FOR THAT, IT WAS THE ONLY SKIN I WAS HOPING TO GET IN THIS EVENT SO WHY THE HELL IS IT NOT IMPLEMENTED?!?!?!
WHY TIME JUST 24 HOURS? I NEED MORE THAN THAT. I WANT MORE TIME THAN JUST FOUR DAYS TO COMPLETE ALL TASK
This MC is such a b**ch, i can't believe I've rooted for her. i honestly feel so betrayed.I mean It's fine if she doesn't care about others, but she's literally hurting those rare people who genuinely cares about her.
