Yeah....it's very misleading and I had to reread it a few times. The title says general's daughter, which mislead me into thinking she is one of the general's daughter (MC). She actually reincarnated into the prime minister's wife body, then she divorced him, married to a prince. This is where she begins to get revenge for the original dead PM's wife whose body she took over. Hmm.....revenge story huh~ Makes me wonder why the emperor wants her dead.
She got into a year old dead corpse and somehow resurrected...? Isn't it bag of bones or pretty badly rotted. Does the body just.. heal on its own somehow? I'm perplexed by this.
Oh right! I nearly forgot about this part that made the story more confusing: "Instead of being reincarnated into her younger self, the MC is reincarnated a year after her death as the wife of the favored PM". Does it mean she wandered around as a spirit for a year before reincarnated into the PM's wife body or did she get into a dead body that's been dead for a year? In the summary it stated she drank a cup of poisonous wine and hung herself due to shame.
Well I haven't read the book but with the blurb you just mentioned. It is more likely that she was... transmigrated into future, one year future after her death and entered back into her rotting, cold corpse? If it's like this, it's even more unbelievable unless she has some ridiculous cheat that somehow popped up out of blue that healed her dead body. I've seen many premises where women gets reincarnated into their younger selves or have some 24th century woman to reincarnated into mistreated lady of a noble house, but this one is new one.
Isn't reincarnation about coming back into original body to get revenge? The summary made it sound more like a reincarnation revenge story instead of a transmigration story......however she got into another person's body.... wait it might be transmigration instead...I don't know anymore so confusing!!
LOL. Totally did not mean to ignore this and not explain the poor synopsis. Basically MC tragically dies and reincarnates/transmigrates as the unfavored wife of the PM. When she wakes up it's a year after her death, so the body was fresh and not some rotting corpse (not sure how that works, but just chalk it up to fiction). As for the General's daughter part, the PM's wife is the daughter of a general. If you have any more questions, I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.
