And so this host, has a backstory resulting a bloody darken heart and soul, truly a snake demon disease ?[slang for neuropathy or psychopath i guess]

Psychopath i can endure, but he also has to work together with the psychopath through different worlds, can I endure?

Ancient times, modern times, apocalypse, futuristic....

Traveling throughout the worlds, Shi Qing thinks the host isn't as bad as he imagined? Strange.

Spoiler: ARC 1.1

After Shi Qing dies of cancer, he notices he's a floating soul, in his mind a Quick Handbook of a System shows up and he finds out that he's a system that has access to buy various upgrades, items, skills and even bodies [vessel from worms to humans pft!] and is number 89757. As a new system he gets 1000 points to start but instead of getting a body to go back, he realizes he's dead even with a new body it would not be the same, so he used it to assure his family will be healthy.

So he has to look for a host to earn points or he can't get a new body, as he thinks this, there was a prompt telling him that a host is found, but when Shi Qing notices the name, Qin Mo, he immediately wants to reject him...that guy is complete psychopath! However he was given a notice that if he rejects this host, then he will get penalized so that he cannot have another host for 500 years. So after doing a quick review of Qin Mo's history and thinking about the 500 years he would have to wait before getting a body, he just decided to go with Qin Mo.

Qin MO's background is pretty much being betrayed and slandered of practicing evil cultivation, using the death of people to further progress, by whom he thought was his father, in fact he's not his father's son but a result of his mother being forced by an evil cultivator and then that cultivator forced his mother to raise him. Later he was found by his biological father, then had his cultivation raised then proceeded to take revenge upon the people that slandered him...then after that was all done his biological father was actually raising him as a cultivation cauldron.

The reason his mother was forced was this same reason, however her cultivation was too low and thus her special physique as a top quality cauldron was broken... so the evil cultivator realized this but he thought maybe the child that was conceived, would inherit her physique so he forced them to raise the child as his cauldron then later planned to use the child when his cultivation was high enough. Qin Mo realizing this immediately destroyed his cultivation and meridians and taunted the evil cultivator..this enraged the evil cultivator and so he begin to forcibly repair and raise Qin Mo's cultivation using any means regardless of the pain and torture it brings while keeping Qin Mo helpless.

So Shi Qing shows up to Qin Mo and said that if he wants to live then sign a contract with him... after short moment, Qin Mo agrees, SQ wonders why QM didn't ask him the usual questions like who are you or what's your purpose. He felt a lil bit frustrated as he prepare a bunch of convincing lines only to not have any use for them after all. xD QM thinks to himself that it doesn't matter if SQ was a god or a demon so long as he survives long enough to end it all.

So SQ introduces himself as no.89757 and that he will present tasks for QM to complete and assist him..he also explained that QM can earn points to purchase whatever he wants from the system store. Then he explains they are in the system space atm, his body is left there while his soul is inside the system space and while this occurs, time is frozen for his body until his soul returns to it. After SQ says this, QM says he wants to begin right away...so SQ told him to push the button to start [i think]

The task here is to make sure eldest prince ascends the throne, this ancient dynasty the current emperor is 60 years old, he has a Queen and a favored concubine, the queen gave birth to the eldest prince while the favored concubine gave birth to the 2nd prince. The emperor has many children but only 2 sons. The time limit is 7 days, with bonus points awarded if the task is completed early.

So QM is present in the body of the eldest prince while SQ soul is inside of a jade ornament that QM holds close like a treasure...QM lays down to rest and SQ starts reminding him that he has only 7 days but QM ignores him until he told him to quiet down and sleep, SQ realizes that QM has been tortured for a while and hasn't been able to rest properly so he becomes silent and then falls asleep. So then he wakes up a bit later and realized they are not in bed anymore starts reminding QM and told him that there would be punishment for QM if he fails.

Qin Mo: Will you get punishment if the task fails?
Shi Qing bluntly: No.
Qin Mo: Then why rush?
Shi Qing: ...
Qin Mo: If I complete the task, there's an advantage for you?
Shi Qing: Um.. there is.
Qin Mo indifferently: Oh.
Shi Qing explains: If the task fails, then there will be points deducted if you get -1000 points then you will be obliterated.
Qin Mo still quiet.
Shi Qing: However, if you complete the task, I will get 50% points corresponding to the total points you earn.
Qin Mo interest: You also need to earn points?
Shi Qing: Of course!
Qin Mo: For what?
Shi Qing: To buy a body!
Qin Mo softly stroking the jade[SQ]: This is very good. [SQ's current form is a jade ornament]
Shi Qing felt uncomfortable at being stroked: Good, what's good? This is too small to move.[his jade form]
Qin Mo smirked: Very good. *small, passive, weak and harmless...he can crush it whenever*

SQ questions how Qin Mo will achieve his task, and then he tells QM that he shouldn't try to kill the emperor since they would get the eldest prince in trouble, because even though they will leave after the task is done, but this world will continue to exist. Also if the body dies while they are here, they will truly die with the body as well.

 

He's bound to ML so his primary focus is to help the ML gain points, because he wants a body for himself as well...later on he decides to help the ML with that.

 

People starting to dig out novels I chucked into my drive... though I haven't read it either o3o I just found the name interesting and chucked it in

Qin Mo: If I die, then how does that affect you?
Shi Qing confused at this question
Qin Mo strokes the jade: Will you die?
Shi Qing: Of course not!
Qin Mo: Why are you worried then?
Shi Qing: If you die, I would have to wait another 500 years to meet another host, I'll be suffocated[bored?] to death. *thinks that QM wouldn't care since he's a psychopath*
Qin Mo smiles happily: Don't worry, you won't suffocate.
Shi Qing thinks to himself, you're missing the point here!

So basically QM arranges for the concubine to get a pill which will restore her youth from a trusted attendant, after debating a while with the attendant reassuring her with her family's life and a alchemist check, she takes it, SQ asks QM why he's so sure that the concubine will take it, and he just says desire. The emperor came to visit and likes her youthful appearance however there's a side effect, she STANKS pfft. SQ hears bout this and starts laughing but then he asks QM if this would cause the task to complete early since they get 100 pts for the remaining days [ex: 4 days left x100 = 400 pts bonus] So they call the attendant in to punish but then the attendant said its normal for this to happen since the pill is fully absorbed now so all she has to do is go bath with another medicine to cleanse the foul impurities need to be washed off. So the emperor arranges for the concubine to go to a private spring somewhere and the 2nd prince is anxious about his mother falling out of favor, decides to come along as an escort.

Concubine has another pill just like the one she took, she offered to the emperor after she cleansed off the smell and the 2nd prince who was waiting outside comes in just as the emperor took the pill and the emperor fell over foaming at the mouth. The eldest prince[QM] shows up with soldiers to get the emperor to go cure the poison and order for the concubine and 2nd prince to be arrested...then a soldier mentions that the emperor is already dead. So the eldest prince ascends the throne and QM receives 1000+400 pts and SQ gets 700 pts for completing the task.

Look forward to this novel summary. Also I’m starting to wonder if I should stalk your post to see more of your summaries of other novels. However I don’t know how to. Does anybody know how to?

 

Spoiler: ARC 1.4

SQ started to warn QM that they are exiting the system space and apologizes that the forgot to tell him prior. Every time they complete a task, they would be forced out into the world QM's body is in and cannot go back into the space for 3 hrs. QM started suffering from pain as his soul went back into his body, SQ is worried but isn't able to do or say anything as they are locked out from the system space and QM suddenly grabs the jade[SQ] in his hands tightly, this doesn't help with the pain but it gets his heart to settle down... letting him feel some semblance of control.

Later on the evil cultivator comes in to taunt QM but gets indifference so he starts getting angry but then restrains himself as he remembers the pain waiting for QM, he told QM to go into the barrel of medicine and QM just walks indifferently and sat in it. The medicine is to recover and speed up cultivation regardless of pain/suffering the body goes through. SQ gets upset over this, starts cursing out the evil cultivator in his heart... QM goes into the barrel with SQ in his hand so the jade starts to erode, so he does feel some pain but he realizes that QM in a human body must be going through much more torment. QM endures it silently for 3 hrs and SQ immediately opens the system space and QM enters and SQ immediately starts asking if he was ok.

Qin Mo: Why did you follow me?
Shi Qing as the system didn't need to leave the system space as he wouldn't get ejected.
Shi Qing: I was afraid you would have a mishap.
Qin Mo: What? *waiting for SQ to continue*
Shi Qing: ... if you die, I would be alone for 500 years. *instantly SQ regrets it as his mouth was faster than his brain.. he probably should've said something more sympathetic*
Qin Mo smiles slightly: mm, ok.

SQ wonders why QM would smile about it but then realized QM likes the truth, because of all the lies and betrayals he had to go through. SQ was initially worried about how to interact with QM but now that he knows this, he relaxes...this isn't too bad I can just be myself, no problem. So SQ starts looking through the system store to see if he can find a body and he skips over all the non-human ones and saw that the female bodies are cheaper than the male bodies and starts cursing about it.

He then turns to observe QM and saw that QM look at pistols [100] and language converter [500] and then the escape scroll [1500]. SQ mentions that would be useful for QM to escape from the evil cultivator and QM asks to confirm if it can be used with his real body, SQ says he can. QM turned to buy the pistol [100pts) and the language converter [500pts] SQ saw this and thought it was a good choice, then starts to tell him about the uses of the pistol and asked if he wanted a guidebook, QM bought it and finished it in 5 mins then told SQ to start the next task...

Thanks. To tell the truth I already saw and rereaded both the ‘good bros’ and ‘seven men how to bail’ and I enjoyed them both. That way I looking forward to this novel summary.
