Cause I've never seen anything else other than that cover picture from novelupdates. Is there at least any illustrations of Su Jian anywhere? Something like a fan art? What about the male Su Jian? I don't know if I wanna see that...no, fuck it, I do. lol (Wasn't there a spin-off BL extra somewhere at the end of a chapter with Su Jian's male version and the male lead in an ancient China setting? That was hilarious and kinda cute...the only time I read BL. haha)

Well, if there was anything close to or better than this out there, then this wouldn't have become my favorite. Gender Bender is not a popular genre so some of them might be dropped by the translator even though they are really good. I didn't recommend a lot from my list just because I am still unsure where the romance is headed yet, if it'll be straight or yuri. Or I just didn't like them very much. Or because its basically porn. (I don't like porn or rapey stuff in novels very much) Go on my reading list if you wanna see more, I have 2 lists solely dedicated to gender bender. There won't be any yuri there other than two or three which I've just been recommended too much by other gender bender fans. And a bonus I'll throw in for you, I Became as the Hero's Mother After Reincarnating. Edit: You can also try Kanojo ni Naru hi. That's my favorite gender bender manga. It's also completed and quite similar in a way.

It was in the side stories. I had to look up the original Chinese to make sure of the translation and context. “你穿这个品牌的衣服，就真的是迎风摇曳的山鸡了” Pheasant swaying in the wind means prostitute adapting to hard times from what I understand. So mama an is insulting her lovingly(?), knowing the couple is fighting again and an yize is saying the clothes will really make her look like a pheasant bending in the wind. If I’m wrong, feel free to correct me.
