At least the requirement is that they have age gap of more than two, and the woman is at least college age. Recommend me?
Younger male, older female. The One Piece fanficiton I am writing has that. Not a manga. You're also gonna have to wait for a month or so for it to be good enough in my eyes. #shamelessplug
I know a short manga with the same concept as the one you're looking for. Game Over by Mizutani Fuka if you're interested, might as well check out the author's other work (14-sai no Koi) which has a side story with the same older female & younger male relationship. Another similar manga that is still ongoing is Sensei wa Koi o Oshierarenai by Minamoto Motomi
Well there is Nande koko ni Sensei ga!? It's about guys getting together with their teachers, so it fits the bill. There is also Boy's Abyss which seems like it might be like that, but I only read the first chapter, so I can't really tell. Tags in MU say it has romance, but who knows if it's between the high school guy and the older girl.
One I can think of right off my head like that is ‘My Boy’ or ‘Watashi no Shounen’. From what I remember the timeline was they met when he was younger, got to know each other and all that, a little time skip, and they encountered each other again when he’s in high school. And she’s not a teacher if you’re wondering. Pretty legit. There’s a story. Also the art style is very pretty, no complains there. You might like.
