I really want to read these types of novels but don't recommend, The Death Mage Who Doesn’t Want a Fourth Time as I'm already reading it and hero summoning Isekais usually don't count.
Ascendance of a Bookworm - MC does try to somewhat hide their origins, but side characters actually have a brain and realize something is up, so when confronted they do reveal their origins to multiple people. Tilea’s Worries - MC talks about their origins albeit they interpret it differently. Release that Witch - the MC tells their origins to some extent to people close to them mid story Otherworld Nation Founding Chronicles - origins are pretty much revealed early on
