What Melchizedek wants is revenge's against Ankara's royalties and unifications of their race but in order to do that he needed some powerful chess piece" soldiers etc and the sudden appearance of the abyssal race made that plan possible.
Keep in mind that there are various skills that allow people to know things or connect to lower floors after the fact and communicate. They might even have skills he doesn't know they have ,since he altered the timeline. (plus they mentioned the elevator could take people to lower floors too and he was gone for 2 years).
It's improbable, the only way to contact lower zones is through a soul fragment because the zones exist in different dimensions. And almost anything that clementine can use that could be obtained from the abyss Hansoo would have knowledge about since his struggle in the abyss lasted for 50 years and he probably faced every type of race to get to that point in the past. And what surprises Hansoo isn't even the abyssal beings but the things hidden in the zones, like the sage king and his monster or the now blue race that is completely new.
What does the blue armor natives have to do with the person (Betting it was Nepallem, not Clementine and co) who told Melchizedek about the dream pod..
Anyone else thinks the Blue Zone arc is the weakest written arc so far? With the original goal being the dragon god armor, lack of contact and importance with the adventurers of the zone, the battles seem primitive and are just sound effects, and I have no idea why but the descriptions aren't helping me visualize what the zone looks like very well. Maybe I just liked the pre time skip arcs better.
So, you're saying that he was the one that condensed the crystals and gave them to Kiriel at the critical moment? That seems extremely unlikely. His race can't even absorb the crystals. How would they be able to compress them? Also, if he wanted that outcome, he'd just have needed to change the teleport coordinates or have it teleport himself first and then blow up before teleporting anyone else. Something as convoluted as what happened would be completely unnecessary.
