I remember she even gave herself a nickname like a false name or something. It's where they wore black robes and I remember they had something to do, but I don't remember.
Chapter 13 is were he first introduces her to the group and she has the rings and the robe at the start of it. So that is probably where you want. Chapter 12 is password protected so I can't check if there is a scene where she receives them or not. But I think 13 might be when we are first told she has them.
