All of them, but, if i had to only choose one, i would pick rice; it is used in a lot of my meals when i cook, more so than the others.
I'm gonna go with rice. Though to be honest I like all three. And now that I'm thinking about rice... I really really want chinese food. T_T
Whatever you have, Don't go overboard or ull have diabetes. Noodles will cause more problems. Especially instant noodles. I have known people that have children that dies from consuming too much instant noodles. Cancer in digestive tract.
This reminds me about an article I read that mentioned the differences between white rice and brown rice were negligible (with white rice having a slight healthier edge over brown) as long as you ate it with veggies and meats (the study made rice 2/3rds the meal). The only time white rice is worse than brown rice is when you are eating nothing but rice. No veggies, no meats, no side dishes or condiments. This is due to the synergistic effects of white rice with the veggies meats and fats that keep your blood sugar from spiking like it does with rice alone Carbs aren't a problem unless you eat nothing but carbs. Right now the craze isn't worrying about diabetes. Its worrying about gluten. It really makes me sad to see all the people going on the gluten-free boat when they don't have Celiac disease, it just a stimulates hypersensitivity to gluten because people suddenly drop gluten from their diet and when they try to bring it back in, their body overreacts and causes them to feel like shit, so they think gluten is bad for you. Moderation and diversity is key to a healthy life diet. Also why can't we have both rice and bread? I get sick of rice from time to time and mix it up with bread. If I'm eating a over-easy egg in the morning, its delicious on a slice of bread. If I'm eating bacon, its gotta go with white rice.
