I'm looking for the name. Here are a couple scenes I barely remember and might be a little different due to my bad memory: Some dude makes this huge sacrificial altar based on what is drawn in a book and sacrifices a goat (or a cow). another scene, fatty foods start to become popular due to some weird germ and now everyone is fat and being skinny is no longer looked upon. Last scene, the germ is radioactive or something and weird monsters that float and have tentacles attack a russian city. I cant remember what happens at the end of the movie though. Its one of those ghetto independent movies that used to be on netflix many years ago though.

As a russian(well almost) I can say that almost every movie made in russia since 2000+ was made just for money, and that almost all of them are far worse than shit. And the movie that you are looking for is very shitty in particular. No hate, but just honest opinion.
I just found out the name of it: Branded https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Branded_(2012_film) Apparently its not some type of germ or virus, but something different. My memories are mixed up lol
