    Sacrifice sleep always.

There have been numerous occasions where I found a great novel the day before finals, and I read until ~ 3:00 AM.

A really good novel already made you lose sleep before you think of sacrificing any sleep.

It hurt. Life was blurry. It was my first novel reading and I have bad self control combined with insomnia.

I wouldn't call it sacrifice sleep. Time would just pass faster and then it would be 10pm, I would say, 30 min more or just one more hour and then it would be 11:04, I would say the same thing and in the end I would go to sleep at 2-3am if I had work the next day. If I didn't have to work, I would go on until I was too tired to continue.

I remember staring with Coiling Dragon also, but *luckily* for me it was in the middle of translation then.

In the first place, novels are probably responsible for ~35% of my sleepless nights. Games for ~20%, schoolwork for ~40%, and 5% actual insomnia.

Once I stayed awake till the morning to continue on my reading, I think I done it a few times before. One of them was stellar transformation and the other was a really good novel about a swat guy travelling back in time, nothing like an average novel though and it was a fun read.

Easy decision, always, ALWAYS, sacrifice sleep, 'cause that's just what addicts like us do.

That's my ultimate combo too. Actually that's how I got into anime, manga and CN. After reading and watching everything available to me I had to find new alternatives and so I eventually came to love CN. (completely stopped watching anime since 2 or 3 years)

right after I found the half translated ST and ISSTH and MGA

I did the exact same; havent found any anime I liked for well over a year, and there are very few manga I read anymore, mostly just checking for ippo, kengan asura, the god of high school or the gamer.
