LCD Seeking the Flying Sword Path

The implied break through was in the dao of heaven. After reaching perfected dao in heaven and waking up, qin yun sees a general and soldiers defending a woman from a demon cultivator. Qin yun comes and appears before them to which the demon cultivator apologizes for trying to eat the woman and saying he only eats people who trasspass his area. Qin yun kills him and and then divines the woman and the general future (the general told his men to go back while tries to save the girl alone even though demon cultivator was stronger). He devines the girls loves the general but the general only loves his wife who is stuck in a lower realm which he cant go to as he is part of the heavenly army. He gives the general a wooden sword for protection (qin yun devines his wifes world will have a catastrophy in the future) and takes the woman to a fellow student of the green touring sect.

This is important as there are two things at play, the demons align more with the fiend cultivators but sided with daoist and budhas due to being the rulers of the new heavenly courts. They make up part of the overall strength of the good guys and they also arent very happy with the way the good guys treat them. The guy who the demon was a follower of explained why he did not punish the demon and tolerated the demons actions, which means we might see them side with bad guys in the future war arc. The second is qin yun helped out the general and sowed karma and merit.

A couple thousand years pass and qin yun is right before his 3rd tribulation. He is stuck in a bottle neck in the dao of earth and dao of man. He then recieves a message from the general. We find that the fiend cultivators are infiltrating the lower worlds again and one of those worlds is the generals wifes world. He pleads to go save his wifes world but the one in charge won't let him or respond. He tries to go alone by force but they dont let him and were going to court marshall him. In response he breaks and uses the wooden sword which unleashes qin yuns sword dao to protect and attack. Next qin yun appears and stands next to him. The people in charge see qin yun and nobody dares to mess with qin yun so they let it pass. Qin yun and him teleport to qin yun's house and qin yun senses a medal the general found. Qin yun senses the special dao of earth it emits and the general gifts it to qin yun. Qin yun then teleports him to his wife world.

The medal enhances his dao of earth due to its unique arrays. After qin yun examines it, the person who has the other pieces senses qin yuns piece as does qin yun sense his. A student of the person teleports to qin yun and asks what he would like for that piece. Qin yun asks to borrow the other 2 pieces so he cam study the complete array. The guy agrees on the condition of getting the other piece and qin yun not allowed to leave his residence. Qin yun agrees and studies it for about a month or 2 iirc. The guy comes and the takes it away and as a result of the medal, qin yun is only a couple hundred years from perfecting the dao of heaven. He decidea to visit the site which the medal showed the map it formed to try and see if there is a more profound array.

Apparently, the medal formed a map when all pieces combined. It also acted as a key to unlock a mountain called 3 sword mountain. Qin yun goes to the mountain and admires the arrays set in place. The more he studies them the closer he is to perfecting the dao of earth. He then sees the teacher of the dude that asked for the medal. The teacher opens the array of the mountain and then goes inside. Qin yun only wants to study the array so he waits outside. He then sees daoist, fiends and other old ancient cultivators come. By opening the array, it alerted a lot of people of the three sword mountain.

Qin yun decides to go inside since he sees all these people go inside. He still saying he only wants to ponder the arrays but based on the name of the mountain, he might get whatever inheretance is inside. The fiends notice qin yun is in the mountain as one of the blood ancestors followers bumped into him as they seperated into different forks in the cave system. Qin yun killed the dude with his own mist sword and the dude alerted the blood ancestor. Now the blood ancestor is eyeing the sword qin yuns master lent him plus the secret treausre in the 3 sword mountain.

Thats it so far. So far, Qin yun has passed around <3000 years as a false immortal. He has perfected the dao of heaven. He has passed the bottleneck in the dao of earth and only needs a couple days to perfect it due to studying the arrays in the medal and 3 sword mountain. And he is at the bottleneck for the dao of man.

Spoiler: current chapter spoiler

So a lot of powers are currently in three blade mountain. It turned out that three blade mountain was a sort of prison for ancient chaosfiends. Someone locked them up there and the other powers are trying to get them to side with them now.

Meanwhile qin yun was walking and focusong on the arrays while also killing any fiends he encountered. Eventually he stops and makes a breakthrough in the dao of earth and tries to use the momentum to break through in the dao of man. While he was meditating, an ancient chaosfiend who was locked up sensed the treasure on qin yun, which might be his masters sword. Him and his budddies ambush him only to get trapped by his misty rain swords. The domain kills one of the chaos fiends while the others are slowly try and fight it but they will only last a little longer. One of the chaosfiends calls another chaosfiend for help but they come late as qin yun uses his masters sword to finish them of.

Qin yun then holds the people who came to help but they also get trapped but thet are stronger so its a stalemate. Qin yun decides to release his domain and they flee. While qin yun tried to to go back to cultivating, erlang shen, the guy with the dog who told qin yun to flee when star destruction attacked qin yun home world, is cornered by the mosquito blood anscestor. Erlang is trying his best to fight him but he is no match for a perfected dao fiend so he is going to die. Qin yun gets a message that erlang is going to die by the blood anscestor hands and he is next so he should get out. Qin yun decides to help him out due to him trying to help him during his crisis in the dacheng world. Qin yun unravels his karma by dispeling his seven sword art and goes to help erlang. Right before erlang is having his internal monologue, qin yun arrives and helps out. Erlang is happy and states they will live or die together and the current chapter ends with that.

So far qin yun has passed 3 tribulations with only a little over 3000 years as a false immortal. He has perfected the dao of heaven and the dao of earth with only a sliver before perfecting the dao of man.

after qin yun arrived to save erlang, it was found out qin yun possed terriffying defense. Blood ancestor was not able to break the mist sword array so he fled. After that, qin yun and erlang are met by qin yuns elder sister and erlang elder brother or friend or something. They arrive at the exit of the mountain and they meet the godking chaosfiend.

He announces his release but then is suddenly attacked by houyi the archer. The godking laughs it off and says do your worst while putting up no defense. When houyi fires the arrow, he burns something and unleashes a supremely powerful attack which scares the shit out of the godking. he tries to flee and is successful due to interference from somewhere. Houyi chases after him.

Qin yun and friends on the other hand say their goodbyes and leave. The story skips to qin yuns 5000 years and fifth tribulation. Qin yun wonders when he will break that sliver blocking his fusion dao of sword, heaven, earth and man as the dao of man is still a sliver from breakthrough. he decides to adventure the world while teaching his grandaughter qin yulou.

Qin yulou has issues of her own. Iirc, she has a older brother (male friend she likes) but is having issues with some woman and possibly the elder brother being related to the fiendish way or something. she decides to forgo her feelings and worry about her training. This is when qin yun appears before his granddaughter and wife. Qin yun and his GD travel the world and stay at places. in one of these places, Qin yulou takes and apprentice and leaves a note of where to find her when qin yun yun znd yulou leave. At the same time he sees that his 7 star sword art has changed when he tried helping his GD on her sword art and qin yun started refining it along the journey.

He gives yulou the first volume along the journey after he showed yolou her sword art, refining it and inserting his 7 star sword art. while he ponders and writes the second volume. we skip to a male cultivator who is isolated in the forest but visited by girl. I believe this is the male brother qin yulou likes but not sure. the male cultivator is in isolation after his wife died and became an a powerful immortal. he is reminded of his wife by looking at the girl but he has given up as his wife has reincarnated with no recolections of her past. the girl is about to go adventuring and came to say hi. When she goes to hunt/adventure with her friends, they are met by a demon cultivator who capters them and refines their souls. suddenly, the male cultivator appears with rage permeating from his body. The demon cultivator apologizes saying he did not know and only wanted to refine his weapon but is obliterated. the male cultivator tries to revive the girl but find a fragmented memory where he sees that she is an aunt related to his wife or his wifes reincarnation or something. He breaks down in torment at not figuring it out and for not trying to percieve if the girl had relations to him early on.

Else where, we find out that one of the 2 remaining fiend ancestor of the mental lineage was responsible for this and he is trying to turn the male cultivator into a mental slave puppet. Back qin yun ans GD, qin yun sees the completion of his 7 sword star art style breaks through in it. qin yulou sees this and ses a sort of cosmos forming while qin yun breaks through. Whe qin yun is breaking through, she sees the heavens, the earth, the stars, and a vauge vision of man/people. She has a hard time grasping these concepts. she decides to wait for her grandfather and he does not wake up till 3 years later. He thanks his GD and starts to write his 2 volume of the 7 star sword art which leads all the way to the golden imortal level. Yulou is happy about this while qin yun ponders his strength. apperantly he got a major boost in power making him into the top 10 in terms of power in the 3 realms. At this point, qin yun starts to realise all daos lead to the same road and something about the 1 leads to 2, 2 leads to 3 and 3 leads to all.

So far qin yun has gone through the 5th tribulation. He has spent a little over 5000 years. He has perfected the dao of heaven, dao of earth, dao of the 7 star sword art which is a branch of another dao (I think this is adding stars to his sword dao) with just a sliver away from perfecting the dao of man. He is also now in the top 10 in terms of power in the 3 realms.

No, he is much weaker than perfected gold immortal. He basically has 4 different gold immortal top roads, but hasn't managed a perfected one yet

so corrections to previous spoilers, qin yun is top 10 in clairvoyance. he also has several folds increase in power but more so in his defense arrays which means only very few can break it even with connate treasures. Only those that can devour his sword or people like boxum, houyi, godking or greater can do something.

So after gaining a breakthrough, we find out that the girl rival of qin yolou finds her in the vicinity. Also, the golden immortal who was mentioned before was the cultivator who qin yolou was in love with. It seems that Boxum is part of the mermorizing lineage and he did all that to try and steal a fire he needed to trade with black lotus for flowers. This is due to meng being the student of fuxi. Also, it turns out the soul of the girl who visited him was his wife's reincarnation which was why it was easy to try and turn him into mental slave puppet.

The junior sister of meng and love rival of qin yolou appears before her and asks why she is near big bro meng. Qin yolou acts like a shy dorky school girl getting bullied and the demon cultivator chick isults qin yun,his family or the fact he is a false immortal and says she will whip qin yolou as punishment for trying to see big bro meng. Qin yun being OP in clairvoyance, knows what is going on and pops right in front of them. They shit their pants and try to bs their way out of it while contacting their master, a demoness pheonix. She teleports there and asks qin yun to forgive them for being juniors.

Qin yun is like ok (he was going to kill them outright.) and says he will only imprison them for 100000 years. The demoness pheonix says hell no and says fight me. Qin yun is like ok and his GD is like, sorry grandpa. Qin yun responds that it is ok and he needs to teach everyone his power due to him being a false immortal who will most likely die. Qin yun and juifeng (lady demoness) fight but when qin yun asks her to get serious, she laughs and gets setious. Well qin yun goes full power and it becomes a fight between a man vs an ant. She was about to get killed before bai zhe pops out. He tells qin yun if could stop and he does. I'm not sure if she asks bai zhe to defend her honor or not but I think baizhe says shes a crazy bitch for attacking a sword immortal who is a false immortal and its her fault. She leaves disgraced without looking at her student. Bai zhe and qin yun talk for a bit about Bai zhe's experience as a false immortal and then leaves hoping qin yun the best.

Well qin yun realises he needs to talk to the human emperors about the dao of man and so he does that. While he does this, we find that the big bro who is good with the ladies is borrowing fire to study. He borrows it and then tries to steal it while everyone is going crazy at what he is doing. His master fuxi and two other guys show up and are asking why he is doing. Well it turns out Boxum succeded in making him a mental slave puppet. This is due to his love of wine due to being emo about his dead wife. Boxum talks through him and says his lolz about getting the fire only to find out it is part of an array he can't break therefore can't steal the fire. Since he can't steal the fire he does the next best thing, steal the top students. Boxum not only stole fuxis top student, but one the other 3s top student. He bargains them with exchange of the fire.

The three human emperors say they can't do much so they relunctantly agree. They get their students back and punish them by having them stay in the sect for a long time and also no wine for meng and other dude. After this qin yun sees this and gets a little more info on what he is missing and he asks the 3 emperors on advice on the dao of man. Each give their version on how they reached that road and qin yun seems to get a hint on what he needs. while he is there, he brings his GD to talk to this meng guy so she can hear from him that he only has eyes for his dead wife who's souls he is currently in possesion of. Qin yolou hears the story of him and his wife and realizes she stands no chance. Qin yun also listens and remembers his time when his wife was kidnapped by the skyfiend kaifu iirc. All this human drama is giving him direction or ways into the dao of man and he figures he needs to start experiencing a bunch of things which was also what fuxi told him to do.

So far qin yun has been a false immortal for about >5400 years. He has perfected the dao of sword, dao of earth, dao of heaven, dao of 7 stellar stars, and is at the bottleneck of dao of man.
