Just take another nap now if u hav nothing urgent then sleep a bit later at night. I have personally tried it and it works. It shouldn't mess up ur sleep schedule or if it does then not by much.

Sleep now. I have plenty of experience with this and you'll probably get a headache soon.

etto... you had a 4 hours nap after not sleeping for 24 hours?
To begin with 4 hours is NOT a nap! one can live with 4 hours of sleep! I prefer to sleep 12 hours sometimes but that's after at least a week of not sleeping properly (say 2/3 hours of sleep) and working myself with coffe, praise be to it by the way
if you have time you can sleep for another 4 hours with an alarm or something, and if you're young then you reaaly need to keep your sleep schedule on check dude

some sleep is better than no sleep. Set a couple of alarms and go to bed...assuming you are caught up on those quiz subjects. in that case get it done quickly

If you don't have enough sleep you can have trouble concentrating and thinking. As someone who has a horrible sleep schedule I say sleep now if you have a job or important schoolwork to do and can fall asleep. When I work on low sleep I can make mistakes. I once even got a 25/100 on a quiz because of lack of sleep for many days in a row.

if you can't sleep, try cereal with milk and honey then play relaxation music before going to bed, this works reallly well.

I once stayed awake three days straight studying for a chemistry test....I saw things that weren't there and then went blank when I sat my test in a big amphitheatre. I managed to sign my name and student ID on my exam so they knew where to send the grade. *LOLS* I think I was the first person to hand in my test results like 10 minutes after sitting down. Like a Boss.

my experience spread 4-6 (or more based on your needs)naps (NOT longer than 20-30 mins) over the next Day based on your sleepyness
in your case with 4h nap, half the time til next sleep, add another 1,5 h nap then back to normal or 2-3 naps(20-30) evenly spaced
PSA you need a heavy alarm to wake up oversleeping is bad especial if you use naps

an other tip to make your body wake up eat 'light breakfast' after waking up..

Sleep is for the living. You're not real or breathing and neither are you alive nor mortal. Get back inside the matrix, and enjoy the show.

p.s. If you don't get it, then just sleep. Better yet, sleep till you no longer need to wake... wait, that sounded wrong. Welp~

Well i guess it depends how you handle your energy to be more productive.. or if you already trained your brain to do regular sleeping.. you know what science say. you can train your brain

They say that if your brain wants to take nap or sleep you must follow it cause it has something to do with restarting your the normal function of your brain or it really needs some rest.
