Hidden Wiki in game?

I went to the IP 2.2.2.2 (RCE headquarter's ip) and found something labeled "hidden wiki" hyperlinked to this in game web address "c1fbee32f.onion" which resulted in the error page saying I reached the end of the internet. I'm not very knowledgeable of the deep web ( nor do I want to get into any of that stuff) but from what I believe I know at least onions sites are deep web sites requiring a TOR to get access to and when I searched "onion deep web" I found a real website called hidden wiki. Can anyone give more information on the in game website and how to access it. Thank you
