Rape. If you're not Chu Feng, you're not allowed to rape. Dude literally threatened to eat someone. I expect him to be a rapist. Whereas some chick tried to kill you...kill her then you piece of shit lightning cultivator.

Seriously though, when the author gives someone a unique, power/ability/treasure and then they never mention it again for 200 chapters... I KNOW you forgot about it author! Keep better track of your freaking writing. Please.

It was a somewhat common trope in CN modern romance novel, especially QI. I read it for the little buns in the novel, but nowadays I avoided any series related to that trope just because I'm tired of the same thing happening again and again. It has became a cookie cutter trope for CN modern romance novel.

Bullying, and NTR rape stuff, can't handle those shits, but the annoying one would be those typical stuff like glorification and easy harem

I just finished reading The ever so popular qwFod danmei novel and it was amazing but.... I was irked and confused by eye shapes... I mean do they need to mention the peach blossom eyes every time? I had to google it to know what they where talking about and it was in every single chapter....

Antagonists that for purposes of plot, know everything, manipulate everything, are the strongest ever, and the moment they show up on the page they are a petulant child that shows no signs of their former intellectual prowess.
Gary Stu protagonists that must win every fight, tournament, get every lucky chance, and generally go through life with no difficulties whatsoever.

Excessive descriptions.
Like, yes, sometimes they are great for setting a mood, but sometimes writers spend more time setting the scenery, than on the actual scene.
Short, concise, easy to understand descriptions are your friend.

Toddler-level politics and the half-baked "cunning people" are a pet peeve for me. The authors have good intentions when including those to show not every dispute needs to be solved by force but come on, the only effect is cooling down the story with unwelcome mind games and drama.

Arrogant Young Masters

Arrogant young masters who uses their d*ck to think. And using their position and status to bully others but will immediately run to their elders when faced with difficulty (like Nobita running to Doraemon).

Elders

The elders who keep on shielding the arrogant young master despite facing the total destruction of their family/sect/school, for no other reason because of face. (Cue: “Junior, you dare!”)

However, the elders are quick to dismiss/disown/expel the MC at the slightest action that could jeopardize the family/sect/school.

Stagnation

Nothing changes even after millions of years. Everything stay the same, be it language, food or clothes.

I really hate it when the author repeats information already stated, it's like anybody would start reading the story from the mid point! No, they wouldn't.

Had the same reaction when I first read translated novels here in NU. I was used to reading novels that are very descriptive to every action, feelings and environment so it came weird to me how they write lmao.

I hate the cannon fodder villains, repetitive and overused plots.

Oh God how much I hate this. And I hate how most author romanticize it. Hate how Female Protagonist falls in love despite it. I'm so tired with these kind of BS that every title that have CEO in it, I consciously avoided.
