Spiritual water can heal physical injuries, but I'm not sure if it heals internal injuries or blood conflict! Is that what happened after the fight with TTE? I remember in 593, Ling Xiao drank several bottles, but it just recovered his spiritual energy.
From what I have gleaned from mtl-ing chapter 641 and chapter 696 it's possible for the spiritual water from Momo's dimension to heal internal injuries as well. I could be also be wrong.
I still think it's pretty ambiguous. Looking at the MTL and that scene in context, I think it's still more likely that the Phoenix lady gave birth and was locked up for it because she wasn't supposed to be pregnant. The text mentions she hasn't seen LX since he was born, which implies (to me) she had something to do with his physical birth. 孕育 can be translated with "nurture" or generally "produce offspring", so this may very well mean that what is said is actually "your real parent is him", not that he's literally the one to give birth. I guess we'll have to wait for the official translation and see what they make of it. I'm just glad Momo can't actually get pregnant.
Agree, it still is ambiguous, but how do we account for LX having the dragon and turtle bloodlines. Lin Gu being human there was no need for him to donate blood to the the Demon Phoenix mother. In fact, Emperor beasts would find that beyond demeaning, I would think. Ji Xiuxin, the Demon Phoenix mother, likely took the blame because she really wanted to be released from the restrictions of the clan and that was her way of doing it. In the explanation to LX by his father Lin Lu, he was told that Ji Xiuxin found out about the plan and decided to help them. Lin Lu then said they would think about another method of obtaining the dragon and turtle bloodlines for LX, when LX was then born with the four bloodlines they were shocked. LX asked how that was possible since Lin Gu was human, Lin Lu said that his ancestry consists of the demon beasts.

The main issue with "Lin Gu literally gave birth" is, in my opinion, that it has been established that men can't actually get pregnant in this universe. So however that all worked, either the author forgot about it or there is another explanation/a workaround, possibly something from a different chapter that got lost in the MTL. But I think it won't make any sense to guess if it's still not entirely clear.

Yeah, LX being hooked on Momo’s cooking is too adorable. Other than the descriptions you mention for Momo it seems he is pretty attractive / handsome in his own right. I don’t have the specific areas of the novel to quote, but that was my impression. In one of the extra chapters it was noted that his grandfather really loved him because he looked like his grandmother (male features of course).
I agree with LoveManga (cute emoji eating cookie btw). All these times of reading the novel, I just use the art drawn by soundlesswind (it's on the top banner in ExR site at times) and pretty much stuck to me with that cute, youthful image and soft cheeks >.<
Oh I should have noted the extra chapters are of his previous appearance. Considering You JunQi was described as handsome and Momo’s appearance now being exactly like You JunQi’s he definitely is handsome in a cute, fair, delicate, dainty sort of way.

What i like about these past few chapters is that LX became beatable and weak not like the previous few hundrend chapters where he is basically the most powerful +handsomeness to the highest that makes LX Momo's weakness. These recent chapters shows Momo being powerful and a wifey goal at its best. Im sure LX treasured these moments more because it shows how much momo love him
How I wish that we can get a glimpse on LX's current thoughts and realizations of Momo and their current relationship at the moment. I think that only lately is LX finally realizing that Momo is very much in love to him as well. We all know that the beginning of their relationship is more of blackmail and coercion. There is this subtle change in how he treats Momo after that palace arc or maybe it's just me hallucinating... oh well. Also, a LX POV of when YXM was kidnapped and a blow by blow account on how much LX struggled etc., would be wonderful. The sadist in me wants to see LX in complete and utter despair on finding a way to save Momo.
