Nageki no Bourei wa Intai Shitai the web novel is not translated yet but there is translation for the manga.
Lets talk about All things wrong. Unfortunately, it is a Qidian novel and therefore I dont want to take the risk of picking it up But I did like your other suggestion. We would think about Kono Sekai ga Game da to, Ore dake ga Shitte Iru.

I just started reading this manga called Tearmoon Empire Story. It's really good! But only 5 chapters are out!! You could use the series finder of NU for this and sort for readers, only thing you cannot exclude are paywalls, quidan or Mutopia could be excluded through excluding korean and chinese. As for it beeing dropped you could just put in a datum for which the last chapter has been released. Since none of the novels I read match your requirements, or are only quasi dropped, where a chapter is released once in months.

Vulcanic Age would be interesting since the manhwa is good and popular, but 2 picked it up and dropped it shortly after, so I don´t know If there are some problems regarding paywall or sth. like that.
