Nope meant he just sticks with just the two. However there are large swathes of the novel where neither of them are in view or mentioned. Hence the late romance tag

For novels with BOTH sword cultivatot AND 1v1 romance, I can only think of The Desolate Era. You do realize that most these novels originate from CHINA (a place where polygamy was traditionally practiced), right? Good luck finding very many novels where MC gets complete tunnel vision for 1 person.... Cultivation Chat Group...although it's a saber instead of a sword. at first, the story is slow-paced but latter the story sped-up a little bit, a lot of Slice of Life moment but its hilarious and not boring, and the action is well-written.
I hate these harems as much as the next guy, but let's be realistic. Even if you remove the stipulation that MC has to use swords, there's barely any translated works that stick to a single romance.
No romance works in a pinch too, thanks! I LOVE that novel! I know lol, which is why I put up this recommendation thread. I live in the vain hope that someone out there will have a non-harem 1v1 romance novel in mind that I haven't read already.

well if you may, The King of the Battlefield is pretty good, no romance, no harem. Sovereign of Judgement is good too, the mc is a battle maniac. I am the Monarch is pretty good too, but its spear instead of sword. The Amber Sword is truly good, the mc is transmigrated as a mob-character but he grew pretty strong and as the title implies, he uses sword as his main weapon.
