I can give you an example but it's very specific... I was on a call with Chinese customer in London, told her I really liked her accent. That was both a honest friendly thing and a flirt.
She had a nice voice so she must be pretty!

Edit: don't imitate someone who is too different from you, it won't work. If all else fails you can be cute and embarrased : you're my favourite person. Looks down, don't laugh, it just came out.
